A Glass of Bucks Fizz upon arrival.


  • Cream of mushroom, white truffle and tarragon soup.
  • Luxury king prawn cocktail, Courvoisier Marie Rose sauce.
  • Loch Fynne oak smoked salmon, creme fraiche, dressed rocket.
  • French goats’ cheese wrapped in Serrano ham, melon and aged balsamic dressing.
  • Chicken liver pate, caramelised onion and chilli jam and sourdough flutes.

Main Courses

  • Roast Kelly Bronze turkey breast, chestnut and sausage meat stuffing, bread sauce, pigs in blankets and gravy. 
  • Slow roast sirloin of Aberdeen Angus beef (served pink), Yorkshire pudding and gravy.
  • Slow roast topside of Aberdeen Angus  beef, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.
  • Slow roast honey glazed Gressingham half a duck (served pink and off the bone), orange and cointreau jus.

All roasts are served with; roast potatoes cooked in duck fat, butter and maple candied parsnips, braised red cabbage , a selection of seasonal vegetables.

  • Grilled whole lobster, king prawns, lime, chilli and tarragon salsa, lobster sauce, pommes frites.
  • Goats’ cheese, white asparagus and white truffle  risotto,  Parmesan and basil crips.


  • Handmade Christmas pudding, cointreau cream sauce, vanilla bean ice cream.
  • Chocolate and amaretto torte, vanilla bean ice-cream.
  • Iced nougat parfait with French  candied fruits and candied hazelnuts, raspberry coulis.
  • Caramel  and vanilla creme brullee and  shortbread.
  • Baked New York Oreo cheesecake, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.
