  • Spanish cheese and Iberico ham croquettes, Parmesan shavings.
  • Lobster bisque.
  • Prawn cocktail with smoked salmon and avocado.
  • Fried award winning black pudding, crispy onions, red wine and onion jus.
  • Chicken liver pate, caramelised onion and chilli jam and flutes.

  • Pan fried fillet of Aberdeen Angus beef  (28 days matured), lobster fritters, confit of tomatoes, butter de Paris, pommes frites.  £10 supplement.
  • Pan fried fillet of Aberdeen Angus beef (28 days matured), black pepper cream sauce, onion rings, slow roasted tomatoes, mushrooms and chips. £5 supplement.
  • Pan fried chicken fillet, morel mushroom cream sauce, candied parsnips and roasted shallots.
  • Classic Chicken Parmesan, chips,  mixed dressed salad leaves and aioli.
  • New York Deli Parmesan - topped with tomato sauce, Parma ham, a selection of cured meats, olives and cheese, chips, mixed dressed salad leaves and aioli.
  • King Prawn Parmesan, classic Parmo topped with king prawns and cheese, served with garlic butter, chips, mixed dressed salad leaves and aioli.  £5 supplement.
  • Pan fried fillet of salmon, tarragon cream sauce,  white asparagus, pommes annas, salmon crackling.
  • Wild mushroom and truffle crepe cannelloni, spinach, roasted shallots, Parmesan crisps and pommes annas.
