Starters

  • Velvet butternut squash soup with crispy sage, amaretto brioche croutons.
  • Chicken liver pate, shallot and chilli marmalade and flutes.
  • Monarch oak smoked salmon, cream cheese, prawns, avocado, lime , black pepper and first  press virgin olive oil.
  • Baked goats’ cheese with Acacia honey, roasted walnuts, caramelised onion bruschetta.
  • Lobster fishcake with lobster bisque.

Main Courses

  • Pave rump steak (for two to share) with a duo of béarnaise sauce and pepper sauce, French fries and dressed salad.
  • Chargrilled marinated flat iron steak, a hot salad of caramelised onions , tomatoes and French mustard, chunky chips.
  • Pan fried chicken fillet, field mushrooms and Diane sauce, chunky chips.
  • Grilled chunky cod fillet, mashed potatoes, pancetta, pea and roasted garlic, red wine jus.
  • cep mushroom pancake cannelloni, roasted shallots, sautéed spinach, truffle sauce and Parmesan crips.

  • Iced passion fruit parfait, Alphonso mango sorbet.
