Main Courses


Roast Kelly Bronze turkey breast, chestnut and sausage meat stuffing, bread sauce, pigs in blankets and gravy.

Slow roast sirloin of Aberdeen Angus beef (served pink), Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

Slow roast topside of Aberdeen Angus beef, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

Slow roast honey glazed Gressingham half a duck (served pink and off the bone), orange and cointreau jus.

Grilled fillet of Halibut with lobster bisque, lobster fritters and Duchess potatoes.

Vegetable Wellington and red wine butter sauce.

All roasts are served with; roast potatoes cooked in duck fat, butter and maple candied parsnips, braised red cabbage , a selection of seasonal vegetables.
